We accept debit card payments free of charge.
We accept payments by credit card but there is a 3% surcharge (to cover the bank charges) so you must add 3% to the amount you wish to pay.

Information for tenants

Apartments of Manchester provide an online payment facility for payment of the first months rent, deposit and registration fee if required.
This facility is also provided to assist tenants in financial difficulties, who have accrued rental arrears.
Your monthly apartment rental will continue to be paid by standing order in accordance with company policy.

Your tenancy agreement contract

Apartments of Manchester collects payments, as the agent on behalf the landlord, who the tenant has a signed contract with, for the tenancy of the property, noted in the contract.
The payment of rentals, deposit and registration fee by the tenant does not constitute any form of contract between Apartments of Manchester and the tenant, for the supply of goods or services.

Refunds and cancellation

If your payment is for the first months rent and/or deposit and/or registration fee and the landlord of the property subsequently withdraws his offer for tenancy of the property you would be entitled to a refund of the monies paid for the first months rent and deposit.
The registration fee is payable to our agency to cover administration and referencing costs and is not refundable in the event of the landlord withdrawing his offer for tenancy of the property.
If your payment is in respect of accrued rental arrears the monies are not refundable.
