    Tenancy set up: £375 + VAT - payable at the start of a new tenancy

    Full Inventory: £ 75 (inc VAT) - payable at the start of the tenancy

    Management Charge: 10% + VAT - payable monthly for the duration of the tenancy

    Tenancy Renewal Fee: £ 75 + VAT - payable when an existing tenant signs a new tenancy agreement

    Rent collection with transfer of net rentals to you at the end of the month.
