Tenancy Deposit Protection
In accordance with statutory provisions under The Housing Act 2004 every new tenants deposit must be protected under a government approved scheme. The cost of protecting the deposit £33 + VAT is charged for deposit protection at the start of each new tenancy.
Important Information for Landlords
All landlords requesting our letting management service are sent a hard copy of our current Letting Management Service - Terms of Business. Until a signed copy of our terms of business is returned to our office our contract with the landlord is automatically governed by our current Letting Management Service - Terms of Business, as posted on our website. By engaging us to find a tenant and manage their property the landlord is deemed to have entered into a contract with Apartments of Manchester for the provision of our letting management service. Any dispute arising with the landlord regarding our letting management service will be resolved with reference to our current Letting Management Service - Terms of Business, as posted on our website.
